Arancini Balls

Needed:
- x2 23g bags of Good&Honest or 1 85g bag
-  corn flour & water batter
-  x1 onion
- x2 garlic cloves
- x1 lemon
- x4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- pesto
- vegan feta
- chopped herbs of your choice
- 900ml veg stock
- 300g risotto rice
- optional 1/4 white wine (optional but epic).
Method:
- Oven to 180°c
- make risotto or grab ready made risotto
- roll into balls and stuff with feta and pesto
-  roll around in batter and crushed crispies
- bake bake bake! (Approx 25)
